In 2001, Angela “Angie” received her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing through Grand Valley State University, and after one year of inpatient pediatric nursing, she decided to pursue her Master’s of Science in Nursing as well. With a passion for pediatrics, she completed the Pediatric Nurse Practitioner program offered by Grand Valley in 2005, and relocated to South Florida, where she joined a private pediatric practice for over five years. Following the addition of her two sons, however, her family decided to come back to Michigan to be near family and friends. Prior to joining us at Holland Pediatrics, she spent some time in the Pediatric Neurology Clinic at Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital, developing an interest in headache management.
