R. Garett Shook, DO FACOP

Dr. Shook is a native of Rochester Hills, MI. He received his BS in Exercise Physiology from Ferris State University in 1994 and then had a fitness consulting/personal training business.

Dr. Shook completed his medical degree at Des Moines University Osteopathic Medical Center in 2004. After completing a traditional internship at Genesys Regional medical Center in Grand Blanc, MI, he completed his pediatric residency at Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital. Dr. Shook is board certified by the American College of Osteopathic Pediatricians.

Dr. Shook is passionate about caring for children and has special interests in childhood obesity and behavioral pediatrics. He enjoys family time, mountain biking and being involved at church.
