Welcome to our new website!
We hope that this site is helpful and easy to use for you. We will be doing monthly blogs here, usually on health and development topics, but today I thought I would just do a quick overview of the site and the new patient portal. The website has many helpful links, such as access to sports forms for those school sports physicals. (Call and make your appointment for those. Schedule any time after April 15, 2018 and it will be good for the entire 2018-2019 school year!) The Patient Resources page has a dosing chart for acetaminophen and ibuprofen for children under 2 years of age, and some online resources for information on vaccines, as well as a link to the American Academy of Pediatrics website for parents, HealthyChildren.org. The Health Info page is common issues and advice for various age groups. Take a look around, we hope you love it.
Our new portal is so much more user friendly than our old one, so you probably want to give it a try. You can request refills, ask non urgent questions, print copies of forms that have been saved to your child’s chart, and print immunization records. If you don’t have an urgent need for an appointment you can send us an email through our new portal and our scheduler will call you to set that up. We don’t have online bill pay capability quite yet, but you can access your balance through the portal. If you don’t have access to the portal yet, you can call the office and ask for an invite or ask us when you are in the office.
We hope you find this information helpful, but of course we are always available by phone if you don’t find what you need.
Check back in April for a new post.
